What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki is a Japanese style method of healing and relaxation therapy. It is a non-invasive form of energetic healing used to alleviate stress and remove energetic blocks held in the body. It relieves anxiety, stress, physical pain, emotional trauma and restores the body, mind and spirit to a natural state of balance. Toxins are removed from the body for up to twenty-four hours after the treatment and the wonderful effects of Reiki will last for up to a week after the treatment. Injuries will begin to feel better after approximately five or six treatments, but may feel better after only one treatment.

Shamanic Reiki uses healing tools removing blockages from the person using assistance from one’s guides. Past lives, cutting cords, soul retrieval, removal of entities, are some of the issues that may be cleared during a session. What does Reiki feel like?

During a one hour session clients are fully clothed, lying on a treatment table, listening to gentle, relaxing music while the Healing Palms Reiki practitioner gently places the palms of their hands in a series of positions from the crown of the head to the feet. Each hand position is held for several minutes allowing healing energy to flow from the palms to the affected areas.

After a session clients report a number of positive experiences and most commonly, a sense of deep relaxation and calmness.

Reiki Classes

 Upcoming Reiki Trainings:

Reiki I Class:  At the School of Healing Arts, Pacificic Beach. Saturdays May 18, June 1, 8, 15,22 from 11am-1:00pm. Learn the history of Reiki, the principles and hand placements. In this class you will be attuned to have Reiki flow through you. You will be able to apply Reiki to yourself and others. Reiki II Class:  Saturday March 16 from 10:00am-4:00pm. Learn how to send Reiki over distance and work with mental/emotional healing. Heal past trauma or send Reiki to future events, goals, our planet.   Fee $150 due March 11.

Reiki III Class: Saturday April 6 from 10:00am-4:00pm. You will receive another powerful symbol and be attuned to it’s energy.  This is a Reiki Master symbol, but does not make you a Reiki Master.  This class is a pre-requisite for becoming a Reiki Master.   Learn how to perform Reiki psychic surgery, use crystals and stones for Reiki, along with a pendulum during a Reiki session. This is the class where I bring in Shamanic tools from my dreams.  Fee:  $150 due on April 1.

Integrating the amazing power of the Archangels with Reiki. (Must have taken Reiki II). Fee: $99.  Limit 8 students.

Mastership Class: Prerequisite Reiki I, II, III (III can be taken within that year. Delve deeply into the practice of the Five Reiki Principles and receive ongoing guidance with Reiki and personal growth to become a Reiki Master. Reiki Mastership students will also be trained to pass on this gift to others and teach if he/she so desires. Meets for an hour and a half each month for one year traditional certification.
